Usage Based Licensing stopped working after the CLS IP Allow list changed by the Upstream provider

Usage Based Licensing has changed the sets of IP addresses blocks for the Cloud License Server hosting Usage Based Licensing, which needs to be added to the your existing Network Allow List for trouble-free usage of UBL.
