We have moved our Support Ticket System from osTicket to Zendesk primarily to help and support our customers better. All communication will now be handled through our Help Center.
To create a new ticket you can simply submit a request. The submission portal would also auto suggest relevant FAQ articles based on your Ticket subject/description.
If you are looking for your existing ticket or following up, submit a request with your old ticket ID, we can reference the information from your old ticket.
