The support team are unable to provide or modify license information including files needed for our license server. The fastest way to get help here is to reach out to our sales team directly at thinkbox-sales@amazon.com. Some example problems they can help you with are:
- Requests for new license files for Thinkbox products (Deadline, Draft, Krakatoa, etc)
- Extending / Renewing license files
- Migration of the license server from one machine to the next
- Billing history or making payments
- Clarification on product pricing
Note that when you send your request to our sales team you may need to send your License server's host name as well as the physical address (MAC address) using our License Information Tools.
