How to check your Deadline Version

When you're submitting a support ticket, it's helpful for Deadline Support to know what version of Deadline you're running.

In the Deadline Monitor under the Help menu you can choose 'About Deadline Monitor ...' and you'll get a popup like this one:

Send along the Deadline Client version and the Repository Version and we'll help you out!
