Extensive help to setup AWS Portal functionality is present in our docs and the videos which guide you step by step to setup AWS Portal.
Installation and configuration is a detailed process that should be followed in the correct order and if AWS Portal doesn't function properly looking into the configuration piece by piece to troubleshoot is a challenge. Therefore we have created a tool to gather configuration information from your setup. The tool is called AWSPortalDiagnostics it's attached here for Windows and here for Linux. It has a batch script to be run on Windows and a shell script to be run on Linux. Read the instructions from the text file "Readme.txt" on how to run it. The file also outlines which commands to run in case if you don't use the scripts.
Whenever the AWSPortal functionality breaks, run the scripts (batch/shell) or commands present in the Readme.txt and share the output file "portal_diagnostics.txt" or the output on cmd/bash with us. It will help you save time grabbing the screenshots of each configuration and would help us to diagnose the issue quickly without having to ask for the information. Don't forget to send us AWS Portal Link logs and AWS Portal Asset Server logs along with the output "portal_diagnostics.txt".
You may also look into the AWS Portal Troubleshooting guide in our docs to investigate and resolve the issues you may have with AWS Portal functionality.
