We are aware of an ongoing issue with our Usage-Based Licensing (UBL) provider that can impact accounts that purchase Thinkbox UBL licenses for the first time. For some accounts, the welcome email from the Thinkbox Customer Portal is missing the License Server URL. This can be caused by an issue with the account, which may need to have a new License Server created.
If you have purchased Thinkbox UBL licenses for the first time, and the welcome email does not include the License Server URL it is possible that the License Server did not create itself. Make sure you are not manually creating the License Server yourself under the Customer Portal account, it may cause issues with your UBL usage.
